Lovely old hotel in a great location, staff always friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean with a lovely shower room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The bar and breakfast room staff were friendly and efficient. The bar area was a pleasant environment. The hotel was quiet at night, providing a peaceful stay. The air conditioning and shower had excellent performance.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.

Fine views of the sea from my comfortable room on the 6th floor. The staff at the Grand were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with the largest croissants I've ever seen. Despite the hotel being very busy, the staff handled everything efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and attentive service.

Our room faced the air-conditioning units with a constant droning noise throughout the night. the window in the bathroom was in poor condition and almost fell out when opened.

We loved staying at this wonderful hotel right on the beach! The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk from the train station. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a sitting area, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the excellent customer service from the staff. The doorman gave us fantastic tips on where to go in the area, and the housekeeping team kept our room tidy and clean every day.

Although there could have been a refresher course in customer service, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a convenient location. The jacuzzi and spa centre were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms made it easy to stay connected with friends and family.

We stayed at a stunning hotel right by the seafront. The room was huge with comfortable armchairs and air conditioning. The concierge and reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast was fine and the restaurant and cocktail bar were amazing, with sea views from the conservatory. The hotel also has valet parking and beautiful historical features.

Some drinks were added to our bill that we didn't order.

I've been a regular guest at this beautiful hotel and even though it has seen some wear and tear, it still retains its charm. Stepping into the opulent surroundings feels like going back in time, imagining victorians indulging in luxury. The location is ideal, close to the vibrant Lanes, Brighton shopping, and the beautiful Pavillion. The spa is a treat, offering professional yet friendly treatments. Above all, Patrick in concierge stands out - brilliantly helpful, going above and beyond. All the staff are great. We simply love The Grand!
